On the afternoon of November 25th, Shanghai Okeyi Information Technology Co., Ltd. and China Construction Eighth Bureau Zhejiang Construction Co., Ltd. jointly held a BIM technology exchange meeting and classic case forum in the beautiful Hangzhou. Zhang Fan, Director of BIM Technology Research Institute of China Construction Eighth Engineering Research Institute, Zhang Wenjin, Manager of Digital Construction Center of Zhejiang Company, Wang Shen, Senior Technical Manager of Engineering Construction Industry of Autodesk Software (China) Co., Ltd., Cai Meng, Technical Manager of Shanghai Okeyi Information Technology Co., Ltd., and other experts attended.
At the meeting, the guests shared and exchanged achievements on the application of BIM technology based on theory and practice, and made a special introduction on the application of digital intelligence construction based on BIM technology, the refined management of BIM for mechanical and electrical installation, and the construction of ultra-deep foundation pit assisted by BIM, fully demonstrating the effectiveness of BIM application of the project. Among them, Director Zhang Fan made a keynote speech on "BIM, Data, Value", Shi Jinlin, the technical leader of the Yellow River Sports Center Project of China Construction Eighth Bureau and a Company, introduced the relevant content of "BIM Empowering the Intelligent Construction of Large Professional Football Stadium Project", and Wang Xuyi, deputy chief engineer of China Merchants Bank Headquarters Building Project of China Construction Eighth Bureau South China Company, introduced "Exploration and Practice of Intelligent Construction Technology for Large-scale Housing Construction Projects", and the chief engineer of Deqing United Nations Project of China Construction Eighth Bureau Zhejiang Company - Li Xiangchen introduced the relevant content of "BIM+ Digital Construction Application of United Nations Geographic Information Site Supporting Project". Mr. Wang Shen from Autodesk shared Autodesk's overall BIM solution for building industrialization, and Mr. Cai Meng from Shanghai Okeyi shared Autodesk's BIM solution for the infrastructure industry.
The experts had an in-depth discussion on the future of BIM and interacted with other attendees on site. Everyone agrees that in the future, the value of BIM data should be fully applied and explored, and effectively integrated with intelligent construction, green and low-carbon and other fields, so as to bring more efficient and accurate design and construction methods to the construction industry.
